    羅辛,工學(xué)博士、研究員、博士生導師、中國科學(xué)院重慶綠色智能技術(shù)研究大數據挖掘與應用中心副主任。羅辛博士的學(xué)術(shù)研究聚焦大數據智能計算領(lǐng)域不完備數據表征學(xué)習方向,在IEEE T. KDE、CYB、NNLS、II、SC、SMC Systems、ASE等國際期刊和WWW、ICDM、IJCAI等國際會(huì )議上發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文140余篇(SCI檢索>100篇,其中計算機領(lǐng)域權威IEEE匯刊論文58篇、ESI高被引論文11篇),累計影響因子>500,Web of Science統計引用>2500次,谷歌學(xué)術(shù)統計引用>3600次。獲國家發(fā)明專(zhuān)利授權23項、實(shí)現19項授權專(zhuān)利的成果轉化,累積產(chǎn)生經(jīng)濟效益超過(guò)6000萬(wàn)元。先后主持國家級項目5項,省部級項目10余項,累積負責科研經(jīng)費超過(guò)3000萬(wàn)元。獲國家高層次人才特殊支持計劃、中國科學(xué)院高層次人才計劃、重慶市杰出青年基金等人才項目支持。獲重慶市自然科學(xué)一等獎(2019/排名1)、重慶市科技進(jìn)步一等獎(2018/排名2)、中國人工智能學(xué)會(huì )吳文俊人工智能科技進(jìn)步一等獎(2018/排名3)等科技獎勵。目前擔任中國科技期刊卓越行動(dòng)計劃重點(diǎn)類(lèi)和SCI JCR一區期刊IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica的預審編輯和副編輯、SCI JCR一區期刊Neurocomputing、IEEE AccessSCI JCR二區期刊Softcomputing、Frontiers in Neurorobotics的副編輯。羅辛博士發(fā)表的主要論文列表如下(*號表示通訊作者,#號表示共同第一作者):
